Abstract: Social media sites are among the most used sites by the browsers of the net, as these sites have provided the characteristics and capabilities of their advantage from the rest of the websites. Social media sites have also contributed through posting on these sites to strengthen the promotion and its role in the success of the promotional strategy. In this study we have sought to reveal the success of the promotional strategy adopted by the Algerian Telecom Corporation (the first deal for networks and communication services in Algeria) in its practice through Facebook. The study concluded, through analyzing its Facebook page, That the Algerian Telecom Corporation, like other institutions, imposed its existence and established its presence through these sites by preserving its audience, providing the most important information and services, and thus increasing sales and achieving profits.
