| Abstract: | تسعى هذه الد را سة إلى التعرف على علاقة بنك الجزا ئر بالبنوك الإسلامية، كما لهذه الد راسة أهمية بالغة في ظل تصاعد الاهتمام بالبنوك الإسلامية، وقد أوضحت نتائج الد ا رسة أن أدوات السياسة النقدية التي يطبقها البنك المركزي ليست كلها ملائمة للتطبيق على البنوك الإسلامية، لذلك وجب التفكير في ضرورة تطبيق نظام مصرفي إسلامي خالي من الفوائد، وتطبيق أدوات السياسة النقدية التي تتلاءم مع البنوك الإسلامية. كما تم من خلال هذه الد ا رسة التطرق لنظام المصرفي السوداني الرا ئد في تطبيق النظام المصرفي الإسلامي في الوطن العربي والدول الإسلامية والتطرق لأهم أدوات السياسة النقدية التي يطبقها. وتوصي الد ا رسة أيضا بضرورة قيام بنك الجزا ئر بتطوير أدوات السياسة النقدية في البنوك الإسلامية بغرض تفعيل آلية المصرفية الإسلامية وما تقوم عليه من قواعد شرعية في تلقي الأموال وتشغيلها |
| Description: | This study seeks to identify the relationship of the Bank of Algeria with Islamic banks, and this study is of great importance in light of the escalation of interest in Islamic banks. An interest-free Islamic banking system, and the application of monetary policy tools that are compatible with Islamic banks. The study also addressed the Sudanese banking system, which is pioneering in the application of the Islamic banking system in the Arab world and Islamic countries, and the most important monetary policy tools that it applies.The study also recommends the need for the Bank of Algeria to develop monetary policy tools in Islamic banks, in order to activate the Islamic banking mechanism and the legal rules based on it in receiving and operating funds. |
