Abstract:	تهدف هذه الد را سة التي جاءت تحت عنوان دور منتجات الهندسة المالية في تفعيل الأسواق المالية، إلى تسليط الضوء على الأسواق المالية ومخاطرها وكيفيه مساهمتها في تطوير السوق المالية. حيث تم التعرف على أهم منتجات الهندسة المالية المتداولة في الأسواق المالية في السعودية وكيف تساهم هذه المنتجات لما لها من مكانه هامه في تطوير وتنميه السوق المالية السعودية؛ وقد تم إتبا ع المنهج التاريخي من خلال عرض المسار التاريخي للموضوع و ذلك من خلال التطرق لأهم مفاهيم الأسواق المالية و منتجات الهندسة المالية، و اعتمدنا كذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال وصف طبيعة عمل السوق السعودي المالي و استعمال التحليل من خلال تحليل حجم منتجات الهندسة المالية المتداولة في السوق؛ و قد توصلت هذه الد ا رسة هذه الد ا رسة إلى أن التعامل بالمشتقات المالية والطلب عليها في الأسواق المالية في السعودية قد زا د . لأنها تلبي احتياجات ورغبات المستثمرين ونظر ا لدورها في تقليل مخاطر الاستثمار مما أدى إلى زيادة حجم التداول في هذه السوق .
Description:	The main goal of this study entitled the role of financial engineering in the activate of the market is to enlighten the dangers of financial market and how to contribute in its development and evolution. It helps to know the most important products in the financial engineering which are available in Saudi Arabia and how these products gain essential place in the evolution of the financial market there; A historical method has been followed to show the historical bath of the subject through the important concept of financial market and the produch on financial engineering, we rely on the descriptibe analytical method in the of the job In the Saudi Arabia markets and the use of analyzing the size of the different products in the market the study shows that the demand of this financial derivatives in Saudi Arabia because it meets the demand of the investors which increase the exchange in the market;
