| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الد ا رسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أسعار سعر النفط و مدى تأثيرها على العجز الموازني في الج ا زئر و ذلك من خلال د ا رسة أثر تقلبات أسعار النفط على العجز الموازني من خلال د ا رسة العلاقة السببية بين متغيري الد ا رسة خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2010 _ 2020 باستخ دام النماذج القياسية "أسلوب التكامل المشترك" ، سببية ج ا رنجر ، وكذا نموذج تصحيح الخطأ حيث ينعكس أثر تقلبات أسعار النفط على العجز الموازني وعلى الإي ا ردات و النفقات حيث تعتمد الج ا زئر في أغلب إي ا رداتها على قطاع المحروقات و بهذا يرتبط العجز الموازني في الج ا زئر ارتباطا مباشر وقوي بمستوى أسعار النفط ، في حين يلاحظ انعدام علاقة سببية من العجز الموازني إلى النفط حيث لا تتأثر أسعار النفط بالعجز الموازني في الج ا زئر مهما كانت قيمته و درجة تقلبه . |
| Description: | This study aims to shed light on oil price prices and the extent of their impact on the budget deficit in Algeria, by studying the impact of oil price fluctuations on the budget deficit by studying the causal relationship between the two variables of the study during the period from 2010-2020 using standard models “joint integration ethod.” Granger’s causality, as well as the error correction model, where the impact of oil price fluctuations is reflected on the budget deficit and on revenues and expenditures, as Algeria relies for most of its revenues on the hydrocarbon sector, and with this the budget deficit in Algeria is directly and strongly linked to the level of oil prices, while it is noted that there is no relationship Causality from the budget deficit to oil, as oil prices are not affected by the budget deficit in Algeria, whatever its value and degree of volatility. |
