| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الد را سة إلى معالجة موضوع وظيفة التدريب ودورها في خلق الميزة التنافسية فمن خلال هذه الد ا رسة حاولنا الإجابة على إشكالية البحث المتمثلة في أهمية وظيفة التدريب في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في الصندوق ومن أجل الإجابة عليها قمنا بالتعرف على الموارد البشرية و تشكيلتها .CNEP الوطني للتوفير و الاحتياط و ادارتها بالصندوق بما انها الإدارة الوصية والمسؤولة على عملية التدريب و التعرف على هذه الوظيفة بمختلف ابعادها و صورها و مر ا حلها و من ثم الوصول على ضوئه الى الأثر و الأهمية البالغة الذي تلعبها و بالنظر لهذه CNEP وظيفة التدريب في خلق الميزة التنافسية بالصندوق الوطني للتوفير و الاحتياط العلاقة الإيجابية و كل هذه الاهمية تمكنا من قبول فرضيتنا الرئيسية السابقة |
| Description: | This study aims to address the issue of the training function and its role in creating competitive advantage. Through this study, we tried to answer the research problem represented in the importance of the training function in achieving competitive advantage in the National Fund for Savings and Reserve (CNEP). In order to answer them, we got acquainted with the human resources, their formation and management in the fund, since it is the guardian administration and responsible for the training process, and to identify this job in its various dimensions, images and stages, and then to reach in its light the impact and the critical importance that the training function plays in creating Competitive advantage in the National Fund for Savings and Reserve (CNEP) and in view of this positive relationship and all this importance, we were able to accept our previous main hypothesis |
