| Abstract: | من خلال موضوع بحثنا حاولنا أن نعرض مدى تأثير جائحة كورونا ) كوفيد 19 ( على السياسة المالية في الج ا زئر سنة 2010 - 2021 حيث توصلنا أن الانتشار الواسع والسريع لفيروس كورونا، كان له العديد من الآثار السلبية على عل ى الاقتصاد العالمي عامة، والاقتصاد الجز ا ئري خاصة. وتعتبر السياسة المالية من أهم السياسات الاقتصادیة التي تتخذها الدول في مجال النفقات، والإير ا دات العامة والموازنة العامة، وذلك بهدف التأثير على الحياة الاقتصادیة والاجتماعية، بغية تحقيق أهداف محددة. والجز ا ئر من بين الدول التي لجأت لهذه السياسة، من خلال تفعيل أدواتها حيث كان لها تطور ودور فعال خلال الجائحة في ترشيد النفقا ت وتحقيق توازن في الموازنة العامة، والحد من الإسر ا ف في استخدام الموارد وعقلنة التجهيز والتسيير |
| Description: | Through the topic of our research, we tried to show the extent of the impact of the Corona pandemic ( Covid 19) on financial policy in Algeria in the year 2010-2021.Where we found that the widespread and rapid spread of the Corona virus, had many negative effects on the global economy in general, and the Algerian economy in particular Fiscal policy is considered one of the most important economic policies that countries adopt in the field of public expenditure, public revenues, and the publicbudget, with the aim of influencing economic and social life, in order to achieve specific goals.Algeria is among the countries that resorted to this policy, by activating its tools, as it had a development and an effctive role during the pandemic, in rationalizing penditures, achieving balance in the public budget, reducing astful use of resources and rationalizing processing and management expenses. |
