| Abstract: | تتوجهة معظم دول العالم الى الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة و من بينها الجز ا ئر ، و هذا لتقليل من الاعتماد على الطاقات التقليدية ، إن توفير التمويل اللازم لمشاريع الطاقة المتجددة يعتبر أحد النقاط الرئيسية الداعمة لنشر تطبيقاها، كما انه لا توجد سياسة واحدة قادرة على تشجيع الاستثمار في مشاريع الطاقة المتجددة، بل يجب تطبيق سياسات مختلفة تتوافق مع الموارد المتاحة على المستوى الوطني؛ وأن لجوء الجزائر للتعاون والشر ا كة الأجنبية هو لتحسين استخدام مواردها الطاقوية، وحرصها على الاستفادةى من الخبر ا ت الأجنبية والتطور التكنولوجي على المستوى الدولي |
| Description: | Most countries in the world are investing in renewable energies, including Algeria, in order to reduce dependence on traditional energies the provision of financing for renewable energy projects is key to support its diffusion and application. And that there is no single policy that can encourage investment in renewable energy projects. Different policies must be applied to the resources available at the national level. Collaboration with foreign partners is, therefore, required to improve the use of Algeria’s energy resources, and to benefit from foreign expertise and technological advance at the international level |
