| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الد ا رسة إلى التعرف على أثر التوجه السوقي على الأداء التنظيمي في عيادة ماسينيسا الاستشفائية و استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي, واعتم دنا على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات وبرنامج Spss.v24 في التحليل, حيث تم توزيع الاستبيان على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 30 موظف بالعيادة. وتوصلت الد ا رسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن التوجه العام لإجابات المبحوثين يتجه نحو الحياد فيما يتعلق بالمتغير المستقل المتمثل التوجه السوقي أما بالنسبة لمحور الأداء التنظيمي فكان التوجه كذلك يميل إلى الحياد، كما توصلنا كذلك إلى أن هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لتوجه السوقي على الأداء التنظيمي في العيادة محل الد ا رسة . |
| Description: | This study aims to identify the impact of market orientation on organizational performance in Masinissa Hospital Clinic. Relying on the descriptive approach, we used the questionnaire as a tool to gather data and the the Spss.v24 program to analyze them. The questionnaire was administered to a random sample of 30 clinic employees. The findings of the study prove that The general orientation of the respondents’ answers tends towards neutrality about the independent variable represented by the market orientation. As well as the axis of organizational performance, which tends also to be neutral. It was concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of the market orientation on organizational performance in this clinic. |
