Abstract: This study aims to identify the various factors that can affect the international experience of Algerian small and medium enterprises . in order to reach expressive resorted to semi-directed interviews with the director of the institution that made up the sample, represented by the septex textile company, and relied on the case study technique to analyze the data obtained among the most important results obtained is that three types of factors affect the Internationalization of the activities of medium and small companies. some of which are related to the qualities of managers , others related to the company’s characteristics, and factors related to its external environment.
