Le système de santé en Algérie face au développement du numérique: le dossier du patient informatisé. Cas du CHU de Tizi-Ouzou

Abstract

The process of setting up a computerisedpatient file, which requires the coupling of information systems (IS) with the integration of information and communication technologies (ICT), cannot be a source of success for the Tizi-Ouzou University Hospital or any other health establishment in the country unless the pitfalls to its implementation and the prerequisites underlying its success are sufficiently highlighted. IS that integrate ICTs are considered as tools, but their use must be sufficiently defined or identified in order to adapt them to the objectives set by any organisation. An IS-ICT is still a tool whose use must be decided.
