dc.description.abstract	لطالمـا لعبـت بیئـة العمـل الداخلیـة دورا محوریـا فـي نجـاح المؤسسـات، حیـث تمـارس عوامل ومتغیرات هذه البیئة تأثیرات بالسلب وبالإیجاب على الموارد البشریة وعلى مستوى أداءها ومنه على النتائج التنظیمیة. حیث أنه من شأن متغیرات بیئة العمـل الداخلیـة والمتضـمنة أساسـا طبیعـة العمـل نفسـه، أنظمة وإجراءات العمل، أسالیب وممارسـات الإدارة، أسـلوب القیـادة، إضـافة إلـى العوامـل المادیـة والاجتماعیــة...الخ، أن تكــون مصــدر رضــا وتحفیــز بالنســبة للعــاملین ، كمــا قــد تكــون مصــدرا للضغوط والتوتر لـدیهم ممـا یتـرك أثـارا نفسـیة واجتماعیـة واقتصـادیة علـیهم وعلـى المنظمـة علـى حد سواء	en_US
