| Abstract: | الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو التأكد من وجود دور لرأس مال الفكري في تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة على مستوى المؤسسات الصحية العمومية. ولتحقيق هـــــــذا الهدف تم تقسيم الدراسة إلى أربعة فصول. حيث اهتـــم الفصل الأول بإبراز الأطر النظرية لـــرأس مال الفكري وأبعاده المتمثلة في رأس مال البشري، رأس مال التنظيمي ورأس مال العلاقات، في حين اهتم الفصل الثاني بعرض الأطر النظرية لجودة الخدمـــــــات الصحية، أما الفصل الثالث فقــــــد حاول إظهار العلاقة بيـــن هذين المتغيرين في المؤسســــات الصحية من خلال التطرق إلى الأدبيات الإدارية التي تناولت ذلك، أما الفصل الأخير فقد تم خلاله إجراء عرض لنشأة وتطور المؤسســـات الصحية العمومية في الجزائر كما تم خلاله أيضا محاولة اكتشــاف دور رأس مال الفكري في تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمــــة في المؤسسات الاستشفائية العمومية المتواجدة على مستــــــوى إقليم ولاية جيجــل من خلال استخدام أداة الاستبيان التي تم توزيعها على عينة من موظفي هذه المؤسسات بلغ عددها 323موظف، ليتم بعدها تحليل البيانـات المحصل عليها باستخدام مجموعة مــن الأدوات الإحصائية وبالاستعانة ببرنامج .SPSS وقد أفضت هــــذه الدراسة إلى إثبـــات وجود دور لرأس مال الفكــري في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة على مستوى المؤسسات محل الدراسة، وأوصت هذه الدراسة بضرورة زيادة الاهتمام بمكونات رأس مال الفكري كسبيل لتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة على مستوى المؤسسات الصحية العمومية |
| Description: | The objective of this study is to ascertain a role of intellectual capital in improvement of health services quality provided at health public establishments. That's why the study was divided into four chapters. The first chapter deal with intellectual capital theoretical frameworks and its dimension; human capital, organization capital, and relationship capital, the second chapter is concerned with health services quality theoretical frameworks , while the third chapter is trying to show the relationship between the two variables through the management iterature. The final chapter deals with the emergence and development of public health establishments in lgeria. and try to discover the role of intellectual capital in improving the quality of services provided at public health establishments in jijel Territory. by developing and distributing questionnaires to a sample consists 323 employees, then analyzing the results based on a set of tools and statistical tests using the SPSS rogram. This study concluded that there is a role of intellectual capital in improving the services quality provided at public health establishments, and It recommended increasing the attention to a component of intellectual apital as a means of improving quality services provided at public health establishments |
