| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى التعرف على أثر ضغوط العمل على جودة الخدمات في المؤسسة الصحية بميلة، ولتحقيق أهداف الد ا رسة واختيار فرضياتها ثم تصميم استمارة استبيان موجهة إلى الأطباء والممرضين العاملين بالمؤسسة محل الد ا رسة، وقد بلغ عدد أف ا رد العينة 68 مفردة، وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي من خلال التحليل الإحصائي الوصفي لوصف وتحليل بيانات الد ا رسة واختيار فرضياتها باستخدام برنامج ) spss (، وخلصت نتائج الد را سة إلى شعور أفرا د العينة بضغوط عمل مرتفعة ناجمة عن ضغوط العمل بسبب فيروس كورونا، ولهذه الضغوط أثر سلبي على جودة الخدمة الصحية |
