| dc.description | This paper aims to analyze the effect of exchange rate fluctuations on the balance of payments of Algeria during the period 2000-2014. the applied results indicated through the econometric model to prove that the exchange rate does not affect the Algerian balance of payments, And the policy of devaluation of the currency have no impact on improving the status of the overall balance during the study period. The study concluded that there was an inverse relation ship between the exchange rate and the balance of payments, and Granger's causality test showed that there was no causation trend from the exchange rate to the balance of payments | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الإحاطة بإحدى أكبر التحدیات التي تواجه الاقتصاد الجزائري والمتمثلة في تحلیل انعكاس تقلبات سعر الصرف على هیكل میزان مدفوعات الجزائر خلال الفترة ،2014-2000خصوصـا فـي ظـل الاختلالات التـي یشهدها هـذا الأخیـر في السنوات الأخیرة، وقـد توصـلت الدراسـة إلــى نمــوذج قیاســي یثبــت أن ســعر الصــرف الــدینار مقابــل الــدولار الأمریكـــي لا یؤثر علــى میزان المدفوعات الجزائري، وان سیاسة تخفیض قیمة العملة الوطنیة لیس لها أي تأثیر على تحسین وضعیة المیزان الكلي خلال فترة الدراسة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة عكسیة بین سعر الصرف ورصید میزان المدفوعات، كما دل اختبار السببیة لـ غرانجر على عدم وجود أي اتجاه للسببیة من سعر الصرف إلى رصید میزان المدفوعات. | en_US |
