| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الد ا رسة إلى بيان الشمول المالي كآلية لدفع وتيرة التنمية الاقتصادية، من خلال التطرق لمفهوم الشمول والتنمية الإقتصادية، والتركيز على مؤش ا رتهم، ثم عرض كل من معوقات وحلول الشمول المالي والتنمية الإقتصادية. بينت النتائج أن الشمول المالي من خلال تجاربه يرجع بالنفع على الاقتصاد والمجتمع لأنه يساهم في الحد من الفقر وتحقيق التنمية. واجهت الج ا زئر بعض الصعوبات في تجسيدها للشمول المالي وعدم وجود إحصائيات له في الآونة الأخيرة، لذلك لابد من تحديد هذه الصعوبات ومعالجتها بدقة، كتدعيم الركائز الأساسية للشمول المالي، اوبتكار أدوات حديثة ذات تكلفة منخفضة لإيصال الخدمات المصرفية إلى كافة فئات المجتمع. |
| Description: | This study aims to demonstrate financial inclusion as a mechanism to advance the pace of economic development, by addressing the concept of inclusion and economic development, focusing on their indicators, and then presenting both obstacles and solutions to financial inclusion and economic development.The results showed that financial inclusion through its experiments is beneficial to the economy and society because it contributes to reducing poverty and achieving development. Algeria has faced some difficulties in its mbodiment of financial inclusion and the lack of statistics for it in recent times, so it is necessary to identify and address these difficulties accurately, such as strengthening the basic pillars of financial inclusion, and creating modern low-cost tools to deliver banking services to all segments of society |
