| Abstract: | هدفت هده الد راسة الى مدى إعتماد الحكومة على التمويلات غير البنكية في تغطية عجز الموازنة العامة في الجزائر للفترة من 2000إلى 2019، وذلك من خلال تحليل البيانات والإحصائيات والتقارير المالية الصادرة عن و ا زرة المالية وبنك الجزا ئر. وقد توصلنا إلى أن عجز الموازنة العامة سجل ارتفاعا مت ا زيدا وهو ما قابله إعتماد الدولة بشكل مت ا زيد على التمويل غير البنكي متمثلا أساسا في صندوق ضبط الإي ا ردات والتمويل غير التقليدي |
| Description: | This study aimed at the extent to which the government relied on non-bank funds to cover the general budget deficit in Algeria for the period from 2000 to 2019, that is, through data, statistics and financial reports issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Bank of Algeria. We have concluded that the public budget deficit has egistered an increasing increase, which has been matched by the state's increasing dependence on nonbank financing |
