dc.description	we try to research through this study the development of the balance of public budget in Algeria between 2000/2019.In addition,to knowing the extent of help by the bank finances contributed as one of the echanisms for financing the public budget in the same period.In this study, we relied on analyzing the statistics of bank finances and the balance of the public budget during the studied period. In this study, we relied on analyzing the statistics of bank finances and the balance of the public budget during the studied period, using graphical curves, relative circles, and correlation coefficient. We have concluded that the public budget deficit in Algeria, although its aggravation, is still an arithmetic and not a structural deficit. We also found that bank financing contributed to the deficit in financing the general budget in a modest manner compared to non-bank financing.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	نحاول من خلال ىذه الد ا رسة البحث في تطور رصيد الموازنة العامة في الج ا زئر في الفترة الممتدة ما 2019 ، بالإضافة إلى معرفة مدى مساىمة التمويلات البنكية كآلية من آليات تمويل الموازنة - بين 2000العامة في نفس الفترة. اعتمدنا في ىذه الدّ ا رسة عمى تحميل إحصائيات التمويلات البنكية ورصيد الموازنة العامة خلال الفترة المدروسة، وذلك باستخدام المنحنيات البيانية والدوائر النسبية ومعامل الارتباط، وقد توصمنا إلى أن عجز الموازنة العامة في الجزا ئر رغم تفاقمو لا ي ا زل عج ا ز حسابي اً وليس ىيكميا، كما خمصنا إلى أنّ التمويلات البنكية ساىمت في تمويل عجز الموازنة العامة بشكل متواضع بالمقارنة مع التمويلات غير بنكية.	en_US
