| Abstract: | يعد موضوع د ا رسة الجدوى الاقتصادية لدى هيئات الدعم والم ا رفقة من المواضيع التي لقت اهتماما كبي ا ر من طرف العديد من الدول، حيث ارتبط ظهورها بظهور عدة صعوبات وعوائق تعيق إنشاء وتنمية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وتجسيد المشاريع الاستثمارية على أرض الواقع، مما أدى إلى خلق العديد من الآليات التي تهدف إلى دعم وتنمية المقاولاتية. تهدف هذه الد ا رسة إلى معرفة دور الوكالتين في د ا رسة الجدوى الاقتصادية للمشاريع الاستثمارية من خلال تقييمها الصحيح من أجل الوصول إلى اتخاذ ق ا ر ا رت استثمارية صائبة وبالتالي مساهمتها في نجاح المشاريع الاستثمارية . وتعتبر الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية ومشاتل المؤسسات أحد أهم الهيئات الداعمة اولم ا رفقة للمشاريع الاستثمارية، ومن خلال التقرب لهذه الهيئات على مستوى ولاية ميلة )د ا رسة ميدانية( تم التوصل إلى أنها تعمل على جمع عدد من حاملي مشاريع استثمارية المصغرة ،للتخفيف من حدة البطالة وتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للدولة حيث تقوم بمنح الاعانات المالية من خلال صيغ التمويل المختلفة والغير مالية من خلال الم ا رفقة والامتيا ا زت الجبائية الممنوحة للشباب، كما تضمن م ا رفقة المشاريع الاستثمارية حتى تتمكن من كسب الخبرة اللازمة والقدرة على مواجهة المشاكل المحيطة |
| Description: | The subject of study feasibility to support and escort body is conndered the most important subjects which has a great interest by several countriès where is her appearance associated with mony obstacles who obstruct the développement of small and meduin foundation and materialize investiment projects in reality whichs led to the creation of several mecchanis who aim to support contracting and the National Agency support and development of contracting and nurseries institutions is considered one of the most supportive and acconpaniment bodies for econimic invstiment through approah to these boies on the level of the wilaya of MILA (fuld-study). It is aclieving that it works on ollection a lot of holders of invstment projects miniature to imitating unmployment and achievement the social and economic development of the state which gives financial and through formulas and no formulas finance thnough accompaniment and privileges granted to young peaple and guarantee accompaniment of investment projects where it gain necessary expenence and the power to face problems suvording where the standy is aimed to know the role of the two Agencies in sluatying feasibility to the investmeent projects through correct evaluated in ordrer to reach or make a right investment in a way to constribut in the succed of invstment projects. |
