| Abstract: | لقد عرفت المجتمعات والدول منذ القدم ظواهر مختلفة ساهمت بشكل أو بآخر في أضعاف اقتصادياتها مما كان مؤش ا ر على انهيارها الحتمي بعد ذلك، ومن بين هذه الظواهر الفساد المالي والإداري. فالفساد المالي والإداري يعد من أخطر الظاهر التي، تهدد المجتمعات في جميع أوجه الحياة سواء كانت اقتصادية، أو اجتماعية أو سياسية، لذلك فهو يعد من بين المواضيع الحساسة التي أثارت اهتمام الكثير من الباحثين والمختصين في شتى الميادين والمجالات. لأجل ذلك تدخل المشرع الج ا زئري بموجب القانون رقم 06 - 01 المتعلق بالوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته )المعدل والمتمم(. من خلال وضع جملة من الآليات القانونية لمكافحة الفساد المالي والإداري في الج ا زئر. |
| Description: | Since many many years ago, societies and countries has faced a lot of events and problems, which affected the economy; wreaked and destroyed it, one of that problems is the administrative and financial corruption. This one the most dangerous which maked societies suffer and distroyed and killed everything in the countries and not only that it also affects all sides of life; political, social, economic...etc. This makes the specialists and the researchers intressed «How to look for solutions" in order to stop it . For this the Algerian legislative and according to the law nember 01-06 which is related to the protection from corruption and fighting it ,tries to do everything and makes many lawal mecanisms to fight this administrative and financial corruption in Algeria |
