| Abstract: | تعد تقنية أ رس المال المخاطر، اتجاه عالمي حديث في تمويل المؤسسات الريادية باعتباره تمويل من بين التمويلات الأساسية لإنشاء وتوسيع المؤسسات الريادية من خلال تغطية كافة احتياجاتها المالية للقيام بأنشطتها ووظائفها المعتادة وضمان استم ا رريتها، لذلك أخذ تطوير أدوات التمويل اهتماما كبي ا ر من طرف الماليين والمستثمرين، وذلك من خلال وجود سبل تدعم صناعة أ رس المال المخاطر وتطور الآليات التمويلية في ظل المتغي ا رت الاقتصادية ال ا رهنة. ونهدف من خلال هذه الد ا رسة إلى التعرف على المفاهيم الأساسية المتعلقة بهذه التقنية ومدى فعاليتها في تمويل المؤسسات الريادية، بالإضافة إلى التطرق إلى بعض التجارب الدولية ال ا رئدة في هذا المجال وآفاق الاستفادة منها في الج ا زئر، وقد خلصت الد ا رسة إلى أن أ رس المال المخاطر يعتبر من أهم البدائل التمويلية الحديثة الكفيلة لمساعدة المؤسسات الريادية وذلك من خلال توفير التمويل نتيجة نقص الضمانات، ويكمن مدى توافر آليات وميكانيزمات التي تثبت فعاليتها في دعم وتطوير صناعة أ رس المال المخاطر في مدى تشجيع تطبيق هذه التقنية. |
| Description: | Venture capital technology is a modern global trend in financing entrepreneurial institutions as financing among the basic funds for the establishment and expansion of entrepreneurial institutions by covering all their financial needs to carry out their usual activities and functions and ensure their continuity, Through the existence of ways to support the venture capital industry and the development of financing mechanisms in light of the current economic changes. We aim through this study to identify the basic concepts related to this technology and its effectiveness in financing entrepreneurial institutions, in addition to addressing some of the leading international experiences in this field and the prospects for benefiting from it in Algeria, The study concluded that venture capital is one of the most important modern financing alternatives that can help entrepreneurial institutions by providing inancing as a result of lack of guarantees, and the extent of the availability of mechanisms and mechanisms that prove their effectiveness in supporting and developing the venture capital industry in the extent of encouraging the application of this technology |
