| Abstract: | هدفت الد ا رسة الى معرفة أثر تسير المخاطر على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة، من خلال بيان مفهوم تسيير المخاطر ومدى أهميتها داخل وخارج المؤسسة ومعرفة أهم خطواتها، بالإضافة الى التطرق لمضمون الأداء المالي. والوقوف على أهم المؤشرا ت المستخدمة لتقييمه من أجل ضمان سلامة المؤسسة، ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك تم إعداد وتوزيع استبيان على عينة من مجتمع الد ا رسة المتمثل في موظفو وعمال شركة الج ا زئرية للمياه_وحدة ميلة_ كنموذج للد ا رسة التطبيقية والتي كان حجمها 38 باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية ) spss ( ، ثم تحليل إجابات أف ا رد العينة. |
| Description: | The study aimed to find out the risk management impact on the financial performance of the institution, by highlighting the concept of risk management and the extent of its importance within and outside of the ganization and knowledge of the most important steps, adding to the content of the financial performance and stand on the most important indicators used to evaluate addressed in order to ensure the institution safety, and in order to achienve this has been prepared and the distribution of a questionnaire to a sample of the study population of workers and employees of Algerian water company mila unit as a model applied to the study, which was the size of 50 individuals were retrieving 38 questionnaire suitable for processing, and using packages program statistical social science(SPSSvr21) were analyzed answers to the study sample. The study found the most important of risk management to improve the financial performance of the institution, as ecommended by the need to pay enterprise management great attention to the risks and the establishment of a specialized department to manage and run the risk, as the briefly considered an important function helps to raise financial performance that ensures the survival and the continuity of the institution. |
