Description:	This research aimed to identify the main mechanisms supporting the formulation and usage of the Extensible Business Reporting Language "Xbrl", That is why, we shed the light on the importance of the use of this electronic language as a standard and unified tool for preparing and publishing electronic financial reports, their capabilities and abilities, and emphasizing their importance in ensuring the quality of electronic financial reports As a primary method for improving financial market efficiency, where we based on a case study of the UAE financial market. The most important results of this research show that using of XBRL helps to increase transparency and reduce the issue of information asymmetry in the financial markets.
