| Description: | In this applied analytical stady, we tried broad a topic social intelligence and its role in the success of the economic enterprise the national institution for the realization and management of interconnected industries-sonarik-ferdjioua,where the concept of social intelligence was delved into as one of the main reasons,wich economic institutions are trying to build in order to reach the highest ranks and ensure continuity this is done throngh a set of methods, methods and dimensions of sociale intelligence and likingit to the most important factors essential to the success of the economic institution, the study dealt with the issue of sociale intelligence and its role in the-sonarik-ferdjioua. The study aims to know the role of social intelligence in the success of the national institution for the management and achieving interconnected industries-sonarik- ferdjioua, the questionnaire was relied on to collect preliminary information and then distributed to study sample consisting of 110 workes, the statistical package for the social sciences (spss v26) has been used to analyze data and test hypotheses bassed on vasions statistical methods. The study recommends adoptin the concept of social intelligence in the economic institution by motivating workers to feel loyalty and encouraging them to continuous learning, training and research to imprave and develop the production process, and scientific research in order to reach a high lexel of efficieny and thus the success and continuity of the economic enterprise. |
