dc.description	This study aimed to clarify how the implementation of the automatic national registry system affects quality of the public service, by answering the main question: Does automatic national registry affect the quality of the public service in Algeria? The case of the municipality of Zghaya, Mila. Research problem was addressed through three chapters, two theoretical and a third applied chapter, where the first chapter included the eoretical framework for the automatic national registry, second chapter was devoted to explaining the basics of the quality of public service in Algeria, while third chapter was devoted to applied study in the municipality of Zaghaya. Descriptive analytical method was used, questionnaire was used as a tool for data ollection,hypotheses were tested, the first hypothesis was accepted and the second and third hypotheses were rejected. It was found that the automatic national registry positively affects the quality of public service, which was measured from point of view of the citizens benefiting from services	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت الد ا رسة إلى التعرف كيفية تأثير السجل الوطني الأتوماتيكي عمى جودة الخدمة العمومية، وذلك من خلال الاجابة عمى التساؤل الرئيسي: هل يؤثر السجل الوطني الأتوماتيكي عمى جودة الخدمة العمومية في الج ا زئر؟ حالة بمدية زغاية بولاية ميمة. وقد تمت معالجة إشكالية البحص من خلال ثلاث فصول، فصمين نظريين وفصل ثالث تطبيقي، حيث تضمن الفصل الأول الإطار النظري لمسجل الوطني الأتوماتيكي، وخُصص الفصل الثاني لبيان أساسيات جودة الخدمة العمومية في الج ا زئر، فيما خصص الفصل الثالث لمد ا رسة التطبيقية في بمدية زغاية، وذلك لمع رفة واقع أثر اعتماد السجل الوطني الأتوماتيكي عمى جودة الخدمة العمومية ببمدية زغاية. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحميمي واستخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وفي الأخير تم اختبار الفرضيات تم قبول الفرضية الأولى ورفض الفرضية الثانية والثالثة. وقد تم التوصل إلى أن السجل الوطني الاتوماتيكي يؤثر بشكل ايجابي عمى جودة الخدمة العمومية التي تم قياسها من وجهة نظر المواطنين المستفيدين من الخدمة	en_US
