Abstract:	تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان واقع وآفاق التمويل المصغر في الجزائر؛ من خلال التطرق لمفهوم التمويل المصغر، والتركيز على إطاره القانوني والتنظيمي، ثم عرض تحدياته وآليات تطويره على مستوى الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب. بينت النتائج أن التمويل المصغر رغم حداثته أثبت فعاليته من خلال تجاربه؛ حيث قدم حلولا فعالة لمكافحة الفقر والبطالة. وقد تم تدعيمه بإنشاء الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب، والتي تعتبر إحدى الآليات التي انتهجتها الجزائر لتمويل المشاريع وتنمية القطاع الفلاحي والصناعي، و اعطاء فرصة للمرأة في تدعيم الاقتصاد. لذلك وجب وضع آليات مستحدثة كإقامة بنوك خاصة بالتمويل المصغر لتمويل الأعمال الحرة والحرفية، والاستفادة من تجارب الدول في التمويل المصغر
Description:	This study aims to clarify the reality and prospects of microfinance in Algeria;by addressing the concept of microfinance, focusing on its legal and regulatory framework, and presenting its challenges and mechanisms for developing it in the National Agency for Youth Employment Support. The results showed that microfinance, despite its novelty, has proven its effectiveness through its experiences;as it provided effective solutions to ombat poverty and unemployment. It issupportedby creating the National Agency for Youth Employment upport, which is one of the mechanisms that Algeria has adopted to fund projects and develop the agricultural and industrial sector, and give women an opportunity to strengthen the economy. Therefore, new mechanisms must be put in place, such as setting up private banks in microfinance to finance free and professional usinesses, and to benefit from the experiences of countries in microfinance
