dc.description	This study aims to highlight the need to apply the corporate governance mechanism in emerging financial markets and the extent to which they contribute to the activation of these markets, referring to Arab countries by examining the relationship between corporate governance and the performance of the UAE Stock Exchange and the Egyptian Stock Exchange. This study found that the good application of the principles of corporate governance contributes to the activation of Arab financial markets due to the importance of governance in enhancing confidence among market customers and increasing the credibility and transparency of information, It is the basis for its efficiency, so the application of corporate governance in emerging economies is a ecessary requirement to promote its financial markets	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدارسة إلى إبراز الحاجة لتطبيق آلية حوكمة الشركات في الأسواق المالية الناشئة ومدى مساهمتها في تفعيل هذه الأسواق، بالإشارة إلى الدول العربية من خلال دارسة العلاقة بين حوكمة الشركات وأداء سوق الإمارات للأوراق المالية والبورصة المصرية.وتوصلت هذه الدارسة الى أن التطبيق الجيد لمبادئ حوكمة الشركات يساهم في تفعيل الأسواق المالية العربية نظرا لأهمية الحوكمة في تعزيز الثقة بين المتعاملين في السوق وزيادة مصداقية وشفافية المعلومات وهو الأساس لرفع كفاءتها، لذلك يعد تطبيق حوكمة الشركات في الاقتصاديات الناشئة مطلبا ضروريا للنهوض بأسواقها المالية	en_US
