| Abstract: | تعتبر السياسة النقدية الوتر الحساس ضمن السياسات الاقتصادية الكمية لتأثيرها عمى الاتجاه النقدي وتوجيهها لمجانب الحقيقي في اقتصاد أي دولة، وبالتالي فإن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تحديد أثر السياسة النقدية عمى سوق العمل في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2018_2002باستخدام "نموذج الانحدار الذاتي لفترات الإبطاء ."Autregressive Distributed Lag" (ARDL( الموزعة وتوصمت الدراسة في الأخير إلى نتيجتين أساسيتين هما وجود أثر لمسياسة النقدية عمى سوق العمل خلال فترة الدراسة إلى جانب أن نظرية فيميبس لم تعد نظرية مطمقة يعتمد عميها عند وضع أهداف السياسة النقدية وهذا لانكسار العلاقة بين التضخم والبطالة في الجزائر بعد الصدمة النفطية لسنة . |
| Description: | Monetary policy is the sensitive chord within the macroeconomic policies to influence the monetary trend and direct the real side in any country's economy. Therefore, the aim of this study is to determine the impact of monetary policy on the labor market in Algeria during the period 2002-2018 using the (ARDL( “Autregressive Distributed Lag” model. Finally, the study reached two main conclusions, namely the existence of an impact of monetary policy on the labor market during the study period, in addition to that Phillips' theory is no longer an absolute theory on which to rely when setting monetary policy goals, and this is because the relationship etween inflation and unemployment in Algeria has broken after the 2014 oil shock |
