Description:	This study aims at identifying the practical reality of islamic finance formulas in sudanese banks and their role in achieving economic devlopment, and to know the most important financial formulas that take the biggest share of application in these banks. The study concluded that islamic finance in sudan has an effective role in financing development projects which led to the contry's advancement, and also concluded that the sudanese central bank uses a range of financing formulas to finance development projects murabaha formula is the most commonly used form of finance compared to other formulas
