dc.description	The Corporate governance is one of the important issues for all local and international companies in our time, as the financial crises that the global economy suffered because of which put the concept of corporate overnance among the priorities, and the global governance systems and laws focus on limiting the use of administrative power in the interests of shareholders, and working to activate the performance Boards of irectors in those companies, if then, with their governance, they will be able to better manage crises and risks, ensure survival and stability, and by adopting the principles of corporate governance in the business world, enabling them to practice a market economy according to sound frameworks, hence he importance of corporate governance as a mechanism to raise the level of accounting disclosure. Corporate governance is one of the effective tools to combat financial and administrative corruption, and this we have addressed the role of the internal audit, audit committees, and the board of directors in activating corporate governance	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعد حوكمة الشركات من الموضوعات الميمة لجميع الشركات المحمية والعالمية في عصرنا الحاضر, إذ أن الأزمات المالية التي عانى بسببيا الاقتصاد العالمي وضعت مفيوم حوكمة الشركات ضمن الأولويات وتركز أنظمة وقوانين الحوكمة في العالم عمى الحد من استخدام السمطة الإدارية في غير مصالح المساىمين, وتعمل عمى تفعيل أداء مجالس الإدارة في تمك الشركات, إذا ثم وبحوكمتيا ستتسنى ليا إدارة أحسن للؤزمات والمخاطر وضمان البقاء والاستقرار, وبتبني مبادئ حوكمة الشركات في عالم الأعمال يمكنيا من ممارسة اقتصاد سوق وفق أطر سميمة, ومن ىنا تبرز لنا أىمية حوكمة الشركات باعتبارىا آلية لرفع ستوى الرقابة المالية, كما تعد حوكمة الشركات إحدى الأدوات الفعالة لمكافحة الفساد المالي والإداري, وىذا وقد تناولنا دور كل من المراجعة الداخلية ولجان المراجعة ومجمس الإدارة في تفعيل حوكمة الشركات	en_US
