| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على علاقة إدارة المعرفة تحسٌن جودة الخدمات الصحٌة الخدمات الصحٌية في المؤسسات الاستشفائٌة لبلدٌة القرارم قوقة و لاٌةمٌلة ،وذلك من خلال معرفة اتجاهات المبحوثٌن حول حيث تماعتماد الاستبٌان كأداة للدراسة،إذتم توزٌع 01استبانه علىمختلف المؤسسات استشفائٌة محل الدراسة وتم اللجوءإلىالأسالٌبالإحصائٌة لتحلٌل وتفسٌرالنتائج لمسجلة.ولقد تمكنتالدراسة منالتوصلإلىأن: هناك علاقت بُي إداسة الوعشفت وتحسُي جىدة الخذهاث الصحُت بجوُع أبعادها ،موا أى مل بعذ هي أبعاد إدارة المعرفة َيرتبط بشكل اَجابٍي ويؤثر على جودة الخدماث الصحُية، هوا َذعى القائوُي علً الوؤسساث الصحُت و العاهلُي فُها إلً صَادة الاهتوام بئداسة الوعشفت بجوُع أبعادها ،و رلل هي اجل تحسُي وصَادة جىدة الخذهاث الصحُت. مضَادة التجهُضاث الوادَت الحذَثت و هتطىسة تفٍ بالغشض بالإضافت إلً ضشوسة قُام الوستشفً بتقُُن دوسٌ للوعشفت و الأخز بنظام الحىافض هي اجل تحسُي جىدة الخذهاث الصحُت الوقذهت. |
| Description: | This study aims to indentify the the relation ship of knowledge management to improve the qaulity of healt services grerem gouga in the wilaya of mila. through knowledge of by the trends of the major around ,where the master were adoped as a tool for the study as 30 questions wer distributed various hospitals under stady . and resort to statiscal methods for analysis and interpretation ? imprpving interpritation of recorded domolitions the study has exhausted the conclusion that this is usily between knowledge management and improving the quality of health services survey services , wish indicates those in charge of health instituation and worckers in to increase the quality in health services the leadership is a beautifuland illustate german direction that fulfiils purpose in addition to do need for the hospital to tirm for a year and recruit pregnant stations in ordre to mprouve the quality of health services |
