dc.description	Our study tagged with: Evaluating the learner’s production faculty in the third year of primary education as a model, the role of educational assessment in the context of the competency approach approaches in acquiring and developing the learning capacity for learners, and we concluded that this role is reflected in the fact that this strategy works to develop and refine learners ’skills It enables them to communicate with others verbally or in writing in a correct manner. This study also aimed to know the most important changes through which the educational curricula sought to improve the level of learners' production in various activities, especially the oral and written production activity, considering that through these two activities the extent of t he learners ’ability to integrate learning, build new knowledge and employ them in situations A continuum of a function.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	عالجت دراستنا الموسمية بـ: تقييم ملكة الإنتاج لدى المتعلم في الطور الثالث من التعليم الابتدائي - دراسة على عينات من ولاية ميلة، دور التقييم التربوي في ظل مناهج المقاربة بالكفاءات في اكتساب وتطوير ملكة إنتاج المتعلمين، وتوصلنا إلى أن هذا الدور يتجلى في كون هذه الإستراتيجية تعمل على تنمية وصقل مهارات المتعلمين مما يجعلهم قادرين على التواصل مع الآخرين شفاهة أو كتابة بطريقة سليمة. كما هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهم التغيرات التي سعت المناهج التربوية من خلالها إلى تحسين مستوى إنتاج المتعلمين في مختلف النشاطات، ونخص بالذكر نشاط الإنتاج الشفوي والكتابي، باعتبار أن من خلال هذين النشاطين تظهر مدى قدرة المتعلمين على إدماج التعّلمات، وبناء معارف جديدة وتوظيفها في وضعيات تواصلية دالة	en_US
