dc.description.abstract	إن الأسس النفسية و الاجتماعية في إدارة التعلم بالصف من أكثر الموضوعات التي تهم كافة أطراف العملية التعليمية بصفة عامة والمتعلم بصفة خاصة باعتباره محور العملية التعليمية وتبرز أهمية الإدارة الصفية في أنها تسعى إلى توفير وتهيئة جميع المتطلبات النفسية و الاجتماعية لحدوث عملية التعلم بصورة فعالة ، وحتى يكون التعلم فعالا يجب أن يكون مضبوطا بإدارة البيئة التعليمية المناسبة وتنظيمها لتوفر أفضل جو للتفاعل الإيجابي بين المعلم و التلاميذ ولذلك توجب على المعلم معرفة المشاكل النفسية و الاجتماعية التي يعاني منها التلاميذ و التي تساعده على إدارة صفه في أكمل وجه	en_US
