| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الإدارة بالعمليات في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية، واتخذت مطاحن بني هارون -الڨرارم ڨوڨة كحالة دراسة، حيث تناولنا في الجانب النظري الإدارة بالعمليات والأداء المالي، ثم تناولنا اسقاط هذه المفاهيم على مؤسسة مطاحن بني هارون، وهذا من خلال الوقوف على أهم مبادئ الإدارة بالعمليات ودورها في تحسين الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة محل الدراسة، معتمدين في ذلك على المقابلة والملاحظة بالإضافة إلى القوائم المالية كأدوات لجمع البيانات، وتوصلت الد ا رسة في الأخير إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن مؤسسة مطاحن بني هارون تهتم بشكل عام بتطبيق مبادئ الإدارة بالعمليات بدرجة متوسطة، كما توصلنا أيضا إلى تمتع مؤسسة مطاحن بني هارون بوضعية مالية جيدة تساهم في توسيع نشاطها وبالتالي تحسين أدائها المالي الذي يعتمد على منهج الإدارة بالعمليات الذي ساهم بشكل كبير في تحسين الوضعية المالية والاقتصادية للمؤسسة |
| Description: | The objective of this study is to identify the role of operations management in improving the financial erformance of the economic institution, and took it the Mills of Bni Haroun, GraremGouga, as a case of study We dealt with the theoretical side, operation management and financial performance, trying to brings down these concepts on the foundation Bni Haroun. By identifying the most important principals of management un operations and his role in improving the financial function of the institution depends on the interview and the observation, and also the financial statements as data collection tools. Finally, this study came up with some results they are: that the foundation of Bni Haroun generally interested in applying the principles of anagement operations in a medium way, we also have that foundations of Bni Haroun have good financial situation ontributes to expanding its activities and there by improving its financial performance |
