dc.description	The study aims at identifying the effect of the adoption of Matahen Beni haoun- Grarem Gouga the state of Mila method value engineering and to demonstrate how effective this approach is in reducing costs, we have relied on the analytical and descriptive approach to present available subject information, in addition we have dopted the case study approach to reflect on various aspects of the topic and try reflect the aspect. We have come up with a range of conclusions, including that value engineering is a structured scientific approach that requires product redesign and fundamental improvements to key success factors such as cost, quality and time.We have also found value engineering an effective approach that relies on innovative solutions to solve problems by reducing costs without effecting quality. In addition, we have concluded that job analysis is the key to value engineering, meeting the needs of the customers though the functions of the product	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تبني مؤسسة مطاحن بني هارون- القرارم قوقة- بولاية ميلة أسلوب هندسة القيمة، وبيان مدى فاعلية هذا الأسلوب في تخفيض التكاليف، وبغرض إزالة الغموض عن مضمون ما أردنا معالجته وتماشيا مع طبيعة الموضوع والإشكالية المطروحة اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي لعرض ما هو متوفر من معلومات حول الموضوع، بالإضافة إلى اعتمادنا منهج دراسة الحالة للتعريج عن مختلف جوانب الموضوع ومحاولة تجسيد الجانب النظري بالمؤسسة. على ضوء ما عرضنا تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات من بينها أن منهج هندسة القيمة هو منهج علمي منظم يتطلب القيام بإعادة التصميم للمنتجات والقيام بتحسينات جدرية لعوامل النجاح الرئيسية كالتكلفة، الجودة والوقت. توصلنا كذلك إلى أن هندسة القيمة هو أسلوب فعال يعتمد على الحلول الإبداعية في حل المشكلات من خلال تخفيض التكاليف دون التأثير على الجودة. بالإضافة إلى أننا استنتجنا أن تحليل الوظائف هو الركيزة لأساسية في أسلوب هندسة القيمة فهو يلبي احتياجات الزبون من خلال الوظائف التي يقوم بها المنتج	en_US
