dc.description	This study aims to highlight the importance of foreign direct investment in influencing the balance of payments through the case of Algeria. In view of the extreme importance of foreign direct investment for host countries, the latter seeks to enact laws and legislation and provide incentives and facilities in the hope of benefiting from the positives of these investments, including positively affecting the balance of their payments. Despite this importance, however, the balance of payments in Algeria does not benefit from FDI inflows due to the weak annual inflows due to many obstacles, which requires encouraging the inflows of such investments to influence the capital account, and attention to foreign companies that can be issued to influence the balance Commercial	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في التأثير على ميزان المدفوعات من خلال حالة الجزائر. فالبنظر إلى الأهمية البالغة للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر بالنسبة للدول المضيفة، تسعى هذه الأخيرة إلى سن القوانين والتشريعات وتقديم الحوافز والتسهيلات على أمل الاستفادة من إيجابيات هذه الاستثمارات ومنها التأثير بشكل إيجابي على موازين مدفوعاتها. وبالرغم من هذه الأهمية، إلا أن ميزان المدفوعات في الجزائر لا يستفيد من تدفقات لاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر بالنظر لضعف التدفقات السنوية بسبب العديد من العوائق، ما يستدعي تشجيع تدفقات مثل هذه الاستثمارات للتأثير على حساب رأس المال، والاهتمامبالشركات الأجنبية التي ُيمكن أن تصدر للتأثير على المي ا زن التجاري	en_US
