dc.description	The reserearch aims to know the rol of the financial feasibility study in making the investment decision as an important tool to evaluate investment, specifically for projects funded by national agency for supporting youth employment MILA, and to identify the importance of financial feasibility studies and how to apply them on the ground and the factors controlling them. In addition to trying to identify the criteria used in the evaluation between the various projects, and on this basis, a case study of two projects was selected at the level of national agency for supporting youth employment mila In the end, we figured that the success of any nvestment project is contingent upon the accurate completion of these studies according to correct methods and oundations based on statistics, forecasts and futiur project variables	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يهدف البحث إلى معرفة دور دراسة الجدوى المالية في اتخاذ القرار الاستثماري باعتبارها أداة هامة لتقييم المشاريع الاستثمارية، وبالتحديد بالنسبة للمشاريع الممولة من طرف الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب ميلة والتعرف على أهمية دراسات الجدوى المالية وكيفية تطبيقها على أرض الواقع والعوامل المتحكمة فيها. بالإضافة إلى محاولة التعرف على المعايير المستخدمة في تقييم بين مختلف المشاريع وعلى هذا الأساس تم اختيار دراسة حالة مشروعين على مستوى الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب ميلة. وفي الأخير توصلنا أن نجاح أي مشروع استثماري متوقف على انجاز هذه الدراسات بدقة وفقا لأساليب وأسس صحيحة تبنى على إحصائيات دقيقة وتنبؤات تمثل متغيرات المشروع المستقبلية	en_US
