dc.description	This study aims to define the importance of early warning indicators to predict the banking crisis because it's contribute to maintain the safty of the banking system and stoped the crisis, in addition to preventing threats on the banks, these systems are micro preduntail indicators which using in the commercail banks and macro preduntail indicators that using on the economy. It has been the analytical descriptive approach to reduce the mystery that located in the study in addition to study of the situation approach for evaluate the Algerian banks that using the early warning systems to predict the banking crisis in the period (2010-2018). This study showed a number of results, the most important of which is the stability become the most importance issues that haunt banks, especially that performance of Algerian banks reflected directly on the financial and banking system that is why should work with early warning system to detect the threats, strengths and weaknesses of banks and system banking, in addition its predict the future risks and evaluate it to avoid crisis	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بأهمية مؤشرات الإنذار المبكر للتنبؤ بالأزمات المصرفية كونها تساهم في الحفاظ على سلامة الجهاز المصرفي وتمنع حدوث الأزمات، إضافة إلى أنها تمنع التهديدات التي تقع على عاتق البنوك، ومن هذه النظم نذكر مؤشرات الحيطة الجزئية التي تطبق البنوك التجارية ومؤشرات الحيطة الكلية التي تطبق على الاقتصاد ككل. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للحد من الغموض المطروح بالدراسة إضافة إلى منهج دراسة الحالة لتقييم البنوك الجزائرية باستخدام نظم الإنذار المبكر للتنبؤ بالأزمات المصرفية خلال الفترة (-2010 .)2018 خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج، أهمها أن الاستقرار أصبح من أهم القضايا التي تطارد البنوك، خاصة أن أداء البنوك الجزائرية تنعكس بصورة مباشرة على النظام المصرفي والمالي لذلك وجب العمل بنظم الإنذار المبكر للكشف عن التهديدات ونقاط القوة و الضعف لدى البنوك والجهاز المصرفي ككل، إضافة إلى أنها تقوم بالتنبؤ بالمخاطر المستقبلية وتقييمها لتفادي حدوث الأزمات	en_US
