dc.description	The success of higher education institutions at the present time depends on the extent of the changes taking place at the local and international levels, and work to provide the necessary outputs to face internal and external challenges, and this can only be achieved by adopting new methods, the most important of which is the method of re-engineering Based on the above, this study attempted to highlight the impact of re-ngineering on the quality of higher education institutions, as we relied on a questionnaire distributed to a sample of rofessors and administrative staff at the Institute of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University Center Abd El Hafid Boussouf Mila. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: _ Re-engineering has effectively affected the quality of higher education institutions of the studied nstitution. _ The need to pay attention to re-engineering, and to create a stimulating and encouraging culture, and the dimensions affecting re-engineering and the stages of their application must be taken into onsideration efficiently and effectively	en_US
dc.description.abstract	إن نجاح مؤسسات التعليم العالي في الوقت ال ا رهن مرهون بمدى التغي ا رت الحاصلة على المستوى المحلي والدولي، والعمل على توفير المخرجات اللازمة لمواجهة التحديات الداخلية والخارجية، ولا يمكن تحقيق ذلك إلا من خلال تبني أساليب جديدة من أهمها أسلوب إعادة الهندسة. وانطلاقا مما سبق حاولت هذه الدراسة إبراز تأثير إعادة الهندسة على جودة مؤسسات التعليم العالي، حيث اعتمدت على استبيان تم توزيعه على عينة من الأساتذة والموظفين الإداريين بمعهد العلوم الإقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بالمركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف ميلة وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: - تأثر إعادة الهندسة بشكل فعال على جودة مؤسسات التعليم العالي لدى المؤسسة المدروسة. - ضرورة الإهتمام بإعادة الهندسة، وخلق ثقافة محفزة ومشجعة لها، كما يجب مراعاة الأبعاد المؤثرة في إعادة الهندسة ومراحل تطبيقها بكفاءة وفعالية	en_US
