dc.descriptionThis study aimed to identify the role of training in improving the performance of human resources in the university center of Abdelhafid Boussouf, the state of Mila. Distributing the electronic questionnaire to a sample of 31 workers. We have relied on the statistical package for the social sciences program to analyze the data on the statistical package for social sciences (spss) and to test hypotheses, we used the arithmetic averages of the standard deviation. Regression and correlation analysis methods were used to prove the existence of a relationship between the study variables. Finally, the study concluded that there is a strong relationship etween training and the performance of human resources, and we find the relationship in both training needs, esigning training programs and evaluating training programs. Therefore, training is the main pillar for removing eaknesses and deficiencies in the performance of human resources and helps to Improving discipline and behavior, rationalizing the performance of the workforceen_US
