So the soil exerts a selective influence on the vegetation and conversely the vegetation influences the soil and contributes to its evolution. The objective of this study is to present the notion of agroecological soils, and to apply it to the soil map of eastern Algeria, derived from the SoilGrid1km global soil database, established by edaphic data.
