dc.description	This study conducted by the agricultural and rural development agency – Teleghma agency – aims at finding out the real causes of non-performing loans. IN addition to the reasons for their aggravation and strategies to deal with them. It focuses on developing plans to treat them with the minimal damage. Moreover, the amount of non-performing loans has been identified by offering a debt statement for three types of the loans provided by the agency from 2013 to 2017. For there more, the study confirmed the majority of distressing will be after paying a part of the debt .For instance, the study found that the loans that are directed to support and youth employment, cover the largest part of semi nonperforming loans in the agency. Finally, we concluded that these non-performing loans have a negative impact on the financial level of the banking system.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	ھدفت ھذه الدراسة التي تمت في بنك الفلاحة والتنمیة الریفیة ولایة میلة وكالة التلاغمة إلى معرفة الأسباب الحقیقیة للقروض المتعثرة وأسباب تفاقمھا واستراتیجیات التعامل معھا، والتركیز على وضع خطط لعلاجھا بأقل الأضرار الممكنة. وقد تم التعرف على حجم الدیون المتعثرة في الوكالة من خلال عرض كشف الدیون في ثلاث أنواع من القروض المقدمة من الوكالة من سنة 2013الى سنة ،2017كما توصلنا إلى أن ھذه القروض المتعثرة لھا تأثیر سلبي على الوضعیة المالیة للجھاز المصرفي. وقد أكدت الدراسة أن أغلبیة القروض المتعثرة یكون بعد تسدید جزء من الدین، كما أثبتت الدراسة أن القروض الموجھة لدعم و تشغیل الشباب یشغل الحیز الأكبر من نسبة القروض المتعثرة بالوكالة.	en_US
