dc.description	The main objectives of the research are to determine the theoretical framework of the financial markets, especially the capital market through its nature, organization and functions, and define the meaning of financing and investment and linking them through the primary market mechanism and shed light on the capital market. The results showed that the financial market plays an important role in economic activity as it is a system of collecting, transferring and allocating financial resources. It collects capital from economic units with financial surpluses and distributes them to the units with deficits. In the empirical part, we found that Amman stock exchange did not provide the necessary funding for its companies because of the internal and external conditions, as the role of the stock exchange in transferring the ownership of the shares of companies or financial institutions listed from one investor to another through the daily sale and purchase in light of the continuing repercussions of the financial crisis on the stock market performance on the one hand and the effects of the Arab Spring on the other. The Syrian crisis has had a clear impact on the Jordanian economy and this with regard to the cost of hosting Syrian refugees.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تتمثل أهم أهداف من خلال ماهيته، تنظيمه، ووظائفه وتحديد معنى التمويل و الاستثمار و الربط بينهما من خلال آلية عمل رأس المال الأردني ودوره في تمويل الاستثمار خلال الفترة الممتدة سوق السوق الأولي و إلقاء الضوء على حيث أنه ي دور رئيسي في النشاط الاقتصاديدان السوق المالي تؤ ، و قد أظهرت النتائج2007-2016من نظام تجميع، تحويل و تخصيص الموارد المالية حيث يقوم بتجميع رؤوس الأموال من الوحدات الاقتصادية توصلنا .على الوحدات الاقتصادية العاجزة وذلك بتوفير التمويل اللازم لها هاوائض المالية و توزيعذات الف أن بورصة عمان للأوراق المالية لم تقدم التمويل اللازم لشركاتها بسبب ما عانته في الجانب التطبيقي إلى الشركات أو المؤسسات المالية من ظروف داخلية و خارجية إذ اقتصر دور البورصة في نقل ملكيات أسهم الأزمة المالية عيات االمدرجة من مستثمر إلى آخر من خلال البيع و الشراء اليومي وذلك في ظل استمرار تد ، وقد كان للأزمة السورية الأثر الواضح داء البورصة من جهة وأثار الربيع العربي من جهة أخرىأعلى . السوريين اللاجئين استضافةالأردني و هذا فيما يخص تكلفة الاقتصادع	en_US
