dc.description	Undoubtedly, the need to intégrat more pressing particularly for Small Banks, which many of them suffer Financial problems and chronic structural cast a shadow over the aggravation of the problem of bad debts in many banks, but the expected gains for the integration of those entities banks in a stronger open the door of hope for the treatment of those problems and take adventage of economies of scale and rationalize operating costs and broaden the base of banking services and the allocation of risk, with the financial support structure and improve profitability and increase the share of such banks from the market and then raise the level of preformance of the banking system whole.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	لا شك أن الحاجة للاندماج تزداد إلحاحا لاسيما بالنسبة للبنوك الصغيرة والتي يعاني عدد كبير منها من مشاكل مالية وهيكلية مزمنة ألقت بظلالها على تفاقم مشكلة الديون المتعثرة في العديد من البنوك، إلا أن المكاسب المتوقعة لاندماج تلك البنوك في كيانات أقوى تفتح باب الأمل لعلاج تلك المشكلات والاستفادة من اقتصاديات الحجم وترشيد تكاليف التشغيل وتوسيع قاعدة الخدمات المصرفية وتوزيع المخاطر، مع دعم الهياكل المالية وتحسين الربحية وزيادة نصيب تلك البنوك من السوق ومن ثم رفع مستوى أداء الجهاز المصرفي ككل	en_US
