dc.description	Government investment spending policy is one of the strategic options for achieving sustainable development, As they aim at structural changes in the economy, Through the expansion of productive projects,And strive to develop the human element, which is the center of the development process, in addition to improving the nfrastructure and the use of advanced technology. From this point of view, we discussed the impact of overnment investment spending on sustainable development in Algeria, based on a econometric model in which we found the impact of government investment spending positively on the economic and social indicators to measure sustainable development, and its negative impact on the environmental dimension, which requires the formulation of clear development policies	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعد سياسة الإنفاق الحكومي الإستثماري أحد الخيا ا رت الإست ا رتيجية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، كونها تهدف إلى إحداث تغي ا رت هيكلية وبُنِوّية في الإقتصاد، من خلال التوسع في المشاريع الإنتاجية، والعمل على تطوير العنصر البشري الذي ُيعد محور العملية التنموية، بالإضافة إلى تحسين البنية التحتية واستخدام التكنولوجيا المتطورة. من هذا المنطلق قمنا في بحثنا بد ا رسة أثر الإنفاق الحكومي الإستثماري على التنمية المستدامة في الج ا زئر بالإعتماد على نموذج قياسي توصلنا من خلاله إلى تأثير الإنفاق الحكومي الإستثماري بشكل إيجابي على المؤشرين الإقتصادي والإجتماعي لقياس التنمية المستدامة، وتأثيره بشكل سلبي على البعد البيئي، الأمر الذي يتطلب رسم سياسات تنموية واضحة	en_US
