dc.description	Despite the success of the recent monetary policy based on the adoption of inflation targeting strategy to achieve low inflation rates during the last decade in many countries. Nevertheless, there is some doubt as to the effectiveness of this policy in Algeria. Therefore, the aim of this study was to present and evaluate the inflation targeting policy in Algeria and to review the advantages of the leading Turkish experience in this field, from which we can draw some solutions. Furthermore, the study reached a number of results, the most important of which were: the lack of preconditions for the implementation of the policy of targeting inflation in the Algerian economy prevented the achievement of the desired results, but this method can be used to manage future monetary policy in stages, provided that this is preceded by overcoming the difficulties facing its implementation, by giving the Central Bank full independence in the formulation of the appropriate policy, while being committed to transparency in its application, and hold it responsible for achieving the established goals.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	على الرغم من نجاح السیاسة النقدیة الحدیثة المبنیة على تبني إستراتیجیة استهداف التضخم في تحقیق معدلات تضخم منخفضة خلال العقد الماضي في العدید من الدول، إلا أن هناك بعض الشكوك في مدى فعالیة هذه السیاسة في الجزائر، ولهذا كان الهدف وراء هذه الدراسة عرض وتقییم سیاسة استهداف التضخم في الجزائر وكذا استعراض مزایا التجربة التركیة الرائدة في هذا المجال والتي یمكن أن نستمد منها بعض الحلول. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من نتائج كان أهمها: أن عدم توفر الشروط المسبقة لتطبیق سیاسة استهداف التضخم في الاقتصاد الجزائري حال دون تحقیق النتائج المرجوة، ولكن یمكن الاعتماد على هذا الأسلوب في إدارة السیاسة النقدیة في المستقبل على مراحل على أن یسبق ذلك تذلیل الصعوبات التي تواجه تنفیذها، بإعطاء استقلالیة كاملة للبنك المركزي في وضع السیاسة المناسبة مع التزامه بالشفافیة في تطبیقها، ٕواخضاعه للمساءلة عن الأهداف المسطرة	en_US
