dc.description	This study we discussed the role played by the central bank in the stability of exchange rates by clarifying of monetary policy variable, namely, the legal reserve, rate of recoupment, interest rate and inflation (price stability). The study examined the extent of the contribution of the central bank to the control or stability of the exchange rate in Algeria during the period 2000-2016, and was based on statistical analysis. through this study we reached a number of result : Algeria’s monetary authorities should continue their policy of stabilizing the real effective exchange rate of the dinar because it is an effective tool for economic competitiveness	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تناولنا من خلال هذه الد ارسة توضیح الدور الذي یلعبه البنك المركزي في استق ارر أسعار الصرف، وذلك من خلال القیام بتوضیح دور متغی ارت السیاسة النقدیة التي تمثلت في الاحتیاطي القانوني، معدل إعادة الخصم، سعر الفائدة، والتضخم )استق ارر الأسعار .( وعلیه فان الهدف من هذه الد ارسة معرفة ما مدى مساهمة البنك المركزي في التحكم أو استق ارر أسعار الصرف في الج ازئر خلال الفترة الممتدة من ، 2000-2016وقد تم الاعتماد على التحلیل الإحصائي، فتوصلنا من خلال هذه الد ارسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - ینبغي على السلطات النقدیة في الج ازئر مواصلة سیاسة استهداف استق ارر معدل الصرف الفعلي الحقیقي للدینار لأنه أداة فعالة لتنافسیة الإقتصاد	en_US
