dc.description.abstractThis study came to address a problem that took a lot of space within the national economy, especially the years of the recent oil crisis, where the problem centred on the possibility of both the price of the oil, the foreign exchange reserves and the deficit of the general budget to increase or decrease the monetary issue for the period (1990 – 2017), Where the study was divided into two chapters, chapter I deals with the theoretical framework of the most important determinants of the monetary issue, while the second chapter revolves around measuring the impact of the most important determinants of monetary issue in Algeria for the period (1990 to 2017), and aims to know the impact of the price of oil and the deficit of the general budget and cash reserves The foreigner on the cash version, and to achieve this goal a descriptive examination of the study variables through data and schedules through the SPSS program, and we reached the inverse relationship between the price of oil and the monetary issue and the inverse relationship between the deficit of the general budget and the monetary issueen_US
