dc.description	This study aims to identify the actual application of Ijara “leasing” form in Islamic banks as a financing tool that contributes to meeting the customers’ needs and requirements as well as various economic sectors. It’s considered to be one of the most important tools for medium and long-term funding sources. No doubt, financing through “Ijara” is so advantageous that it’s very unique compared to the other financing tools. Its practice, via the Islamic International Arab Bank in Jordan, has shown the best proof of its importance and adoption as a funding tool at the level of Islamic banks.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هده الدراسة إلى التعرف على الواقع التطبيقي الفعلي لصيغة الإجارة، في البنوك الإسلامية كصيغة تمويلية تساهم في تلبية متطلبات و احتياجات العملاء و مختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية باعتبارها مصدرا هاما من مصادر التمويل المتوسط و الطويل الأجل و مما لاشك فيه أن التمويل ب الإجارة له من المميزات و الخصائص ما يجعله متميزا عن باقي أدوات و صيغ التمويل الأخرى ، و الواقع التطبيقي لها في البنك العربي الإسلامي الدولي خير دليل على أهميتها و اعتمادها كأداة تمويلية على مستوى البنوك الإسلامية	en_US
