Description: The learning organization is able to share information and experience among the members of the organization and encourage learning, as well as having organizational goals and a strategic direction that aspires to reach a high level and create the space for competition and excellence. This study dealt with the impact of the haracteristics of the educated organization on the achievement of institutional excellence in the health ceramics company in Al-Milia-Jijel. It aims to identify and explore the impact of the characteristics of the learning rganization (Continuing Education, Dialogue, Working Groups, Empowerment, Communication and ommunication) in achieving the institutional excellence of the health Ceramics Company Almilia-jijel. The questionnaire was used for the purpose of collecting primary data and then distributing it to the sample of the 32-frame study in the health ceramic company and using the statistical package for social sciences 25spss) to analyze the data and test hypotheses based on various statistical methods. After conducting the analysis of the study data and testing hypotheses, it was found that the health Ceramics Company Al-Milia-Jijel possesses the characteristics of the learning organization at an average level. In addition, there is a significant effect at 0.05 level of these characteristics (continuous learning, dialogue, working groups, empowerment, communication and communication) To achieve institutional excellence. The study recommends adopting the concept of the educated organization in the health ceramics company by working to reward the employees and encourage them to dialogue and the formation of working teams in addition to involve them in decision-making to ensure the achievement of institutional excellence
