dc.description	The study aims to shed light on the governance of family enterprises and their impact on the performance of small and medium enterprises by selecting a sample of institutions in the traditional industry. To reach this goal, the topic was discussed both on theoretical and applied sides . On the first side, it discussed the different explanations that are related to the governance of family enterprises, small and medium ones in addition to the institutional performance. The practical aspect was to analyze the results of a questionnaire that includes the most important mechanisms of family business governance and institutional performance at the level of a sample of small and medium enterprises that are active in the field of handicraft industry depending on The analytical descriptive approach. The study found that there is no impact of the governance of family institutions on the performance of SMEs. The study recommends the adoption of a system of family business governance in the direction of small and medium enterprises to ensure their survival and continuity as long as possible, as it aims primarily to control and regulate the institutional construction of these institutions	en_US
dc.description.abstract	إّ ن هذه الد ا رسة تسعى إلى تسليط الضوء على حوكمة المؤسسات العائلية وأثرها على أداء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة باختيار عينة من المؤسسات في قطاع الصناعة التقليدية، وللوصول إلى هذا الهدف تّم تناول الموضوع من الجانبين النظري والتطبيقي، حيث تناول الجانب الأول مختلف التوضيحات المتعلقة بكل من حوكمة المؤسسات العائلية، المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والأداء المؤسسي. أما الجانب التطبيقي فتّم فيه تحليل نتائج استبيان يضم أهم آليات حوكمة المؤسسات العائلية والأداء المؤسسي على مستوى عينة من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، التي تنشط في مجال قطاع الصناعة التقليدية، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه لا يوجد أثر لحوكمة المؤسسات العائلية على أداء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة محل الدراسة. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تبني نظام حوكمة المؤسسات العائلية في تسير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لضمان بقائها واستمراريتها لأطول وقت ممكن، وذلك لكونها تهدف بالأساس إلى ضبط وتنظيم البناء المؤسسي لهذه المؤسسات	en_US
